Accenture acquires Keepler, a DTCP portfolio company, strengthening its AI and data business

Madrid, April 8, 2026 — Accenture has acquired Keepler Data Tech, a DTCP portfolio company, marking a significant milestone following a period of strong growth and international expansion.

DTCP first invested in Keepler in 2018, supporting its evolution into an internationally active AI and data specialist. During this time, the company expanded its geographic footprint, strengthened delivery capabilities, and built strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers.

Keepler focuses on implementing AI, including GenAI and agentic AI, enabling enterprises to deploy AI reliably and achieve measurable outcomes.  The company has key relationships and expertise with several AI-specialized partners.

Vicente Vento, Managing Partner, Founder and CEO at DTCP, said:

“We are very pleased to have supported Juan Maria Aramburu and his team from the early stages to this important milestone. Together, we have built a strong platform in AI and data, and we are confident Accenture is the right partner to accelerate Keepler’s next phase of growth.”

Tim Hofmann, Principal at DTCP, added:

“Keepler has developed into a highly capable AI and data specialist with strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships, providing a solid foundation for its future within Accenture.”

Financial terms were not disclosed. DTCP and Keepler’s management were advised by Société Générale CIB (M&A), Osborne Clarke (Legal), and EY (Financial, Commercial, and Tax).
