New York, May 07, 2025 – OX Security, a leader in Application Security, today announced $60 million in Series B funding. The round was led by DTCP with participation from Swisscom, IBM, Evolution Equity and Team 8.
The round, which brings OX’s total funding to $94M, will be used to strategically and exponentially grow product innovation, expand the company’s global footprint, and continue helping enterprises move from reactive security to actual, measurable risk reduction.
OX Security has hit $10 million in sales and more than tripled its customer base over the past year. It has become one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies amid a growing realization that traditional AppSec tools are failing security teams. These tools overwhelm teams with a constant flood of alerts without providing an effective way to prioritize which issues pose genuine risk. Organizations end up wasting time, resources, and money chasing non-critical issues, increasing the likelihood of missing actual threats and exposing themselves to greater risk.
OX’s platform enables precise, evidence-based risk prioritization, highlighting the real-world impact of security findings throughout the software development life cycle. At its core is OX’s proprietary Code Projection technology, which analyzes how code behaves in real-world environments and traces potential vulnerabilities back to their source in the code origin, evaluating Reachability, Exploitability, and Business Impact. This approach allows teams to focus exclusively on critical vulnerabilities, significantly improving risk posture and saving millions in developer hours.
Neatsun Ziv, CEO and Co-founder of OX Security shares: “Any security tool can find endless vulnerabilities and issue a nonstop stream of alerts. We’re here to tell you which specific vulnerabilities will actually get you breached – and make it painfully clear what to fix first. We built OX to solve the actual AppSec problem: not finding issues but knowing which ones to fix. That’s what gets buy-in from developers. That’s what prevents breaches, and why the market is finally ready for change.”
Dean Shahar, Managing Director at DTCP comments: “We are very excited to be partnering with OX to support them in their next stage of growth. OX is the precision blade that slices through the noise of endless vulnerabilities, empowering organizations to zero in on the critical 5% that truly matter. This is a true paradigm shift - OX’s code projection and precise prioritization finally deliver on the broken promises of legacy security tools, whose flood of alerts has become their Achilles' heel. As GenAI accelerates code creation beyond human scale, OX unifies fragmented AppSec solutions into a single, cohesive platform, delivering laser-sharp accuracy to secure the ever-expanding attack surface.”
AI is transforming how software is built—producing code at unprecedented speed, but also introducing unfamiliar and often invisible risks. This code may look clean but often hides structural flaws that traditional tools miss. Ox Security is pioneering agentic code review powered by AI and enhanced with critical thinking modules that mimic the judgment of top security engineers. By continuously modeling risk across both AI- and human-generated code, OX’s platform identifies and fixes the vulnerabilities that actually matter—prioritizing the 5% that pose real risk. This is how security keeps pace in an AI-driven world
OX is trusted by over 200 organizations, including Microsoft, IBM, Fox Corporation, eToro and SoFi.
