























































Vicente is the Co-founder and CEO of DTCP, and a member of Deutsche Telekom’s top leadership team.
He is a Member of the Board of Ströer Media, as well as Chairman of the Board of Deutsche Telekom Venture Funds GmbH and of the Investment Committee of Telekom Innovation Pool GmbH.
Prior to founding DTCP, he had been the Head of M&A and a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom, after having held various advisory and asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Blackstone and Royal Capital Management.
Vicente holds a degree in business administration from ESADE Business School.
Jack is a Partner and the Head of Venture Capital at DTCP. He serves as a Board Member / Observer at: Aryaka, Dynamic Signal, NS1, Heap, and Skorpios, and is responsible for the investment in Auth0 on behalf of DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was the Managing Director of Qualcomm Ventures North America and General Partner at dRx Capital – a joint Novartis and Qualcomm investment company. He made investments in: Airstrip, AliveCor, Doctor On Demand, Jana, Omada, Visage, and Welltok.
His investment exits included: BlueJeans (acquired by Verizon), ClearCare (acquired by Battery), goBalto (acquired by Oracle), Telcare (acquired by BioTelemetry), Validity (acquired by Synaptics), Fitbit (NYSE: FIT), and Fastly (NYSE: FSLY)
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at ZTE (USA), Nokia, 3Com, GDC, and Nortel. Jack earned a MSEE from University of Calgary and an MBA from McGill University.
Thomas is a Partner and Head of Venture Capital Europe and Israel at DTCP. He is responsible for the European and Israeli activities of the fund and invested in / serves as Board member / observers at: Aircall, Signavio, Pipedrive, LeanIX, Relayr, Fornova, eValue, enfore and Gini.
Prior to DTCP Thomas was Founder and Managing Partner of Bauer Venture Partners, a €100m venture capital fund. Before, Thomas was the Head of M&A at Bauer Media and long-term Managing Partner at German venture capital pioneer Neuhaus Partners. He invested in Searchmetrics, Content Fleet, Propertybase, Contorion, Navabi and apprupt, amongst others, and has gained broad entrepreneurial experiences from the foundation of several companies.
Thomas studied at the University of Hamburg and holds a master's degree in technical economics.
Guy is a Partner at DTCP in the Venture Capital team in Silicon Valley. Guy led DTCP's investments in Replay Technologies (acquired by Intel), FireGlass (acquired by Symantec), and Dynamic Yield (acquired by McDonald’s). He also led DTCP’s investments in SafeBreach, Morphisec, AppsFlyer, and PerimeterX and represents it as board member/observer.
Guy joined DTCP in 2015 from Deutsche Telekom where he served as Vice President Partnering and Venturing and established DT’s partnering office in Israel in 2012. Before joining DT, Guy was a Principal with Gemini Ventures, one of Israel's early stage pioneers. While at Gemini, Guy worked closely with portfolio companies both as an investor and as a full-time executive. From 2007-2008 he headed the marketing strategy at Modu Mobile, and from 2010-2012 he was VP Marketing of TaKaDu, a smart-networks innovator. He also served as Chairman of the Smart Water Networks Forum. Prior to that, he helped establish Microsoft’s R&D center in Israel as Director of Marketing. Before joining Gemini, Guy headed mobile products in Commtouch (Nasdaq: CYRN) and product management in Followap (acquired by Neustar).
Guy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the Haifa University in Israel, and had a Merage Fellowship from the Paul Merage Business School, UC Irvine.
Martin is the Vice President Finance & Operations at DTCP.
He joined DTCP from energy giants Innogy and RWE where he held various management positions in Germany and the UK. His roles spanned Finance and Corporate Strategy as well as M&A and Restructuring assignments. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant at Siemens, advising senior management globally on technology, R&D and product strategy.
Martin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and was a visiting researcher in the field of Nanotechnology at Columbia University, New York. He is a CFA charterholder.
Stefan is the General Counsel at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP he was a senior legal counsel at Commerzbank working on complex finance and M&A topics. He was also responsible for the legal aspects of all blockchain projects, inter alia the first issuance and trade of a commercial paper on a DLT system (R3’s Corda).
Earlier in his career, he was five years with the law firm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a member of the finance practice group, working on international highly structured finance and corporate transactions and the whole life cycle of funds / asset management.
Stefan holds a Ph.D. from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, a master of laws (LL.M.) of the University of Virginia (Dean’s scholarship) and further law and business degrees from the University of Münster and University of Bayreuth.
Till is Managing Director at DTCP in the Advisory team.
He joined DTCP from E.ON, where he worked on various corporate strategy and management consulting projects. Prior to that, Till led the business development and financing activities of a privately-held renewable energy developer in Southern Europe and North Africa, and worked as an investment advisor at Hazel Capital, a cleantech investment fund.
Till holds a BSc in Environmental Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics, as well as an MSc and PhD in Energy Policy from Imperial College, London. Till is a CFA charterholder.
Irit is the Managing Director in DTCP's Israel-based venture capital team. Irit covers Israel-based investments for DTCP. Prior to DTCP, Irit was a Senior Associate at Vintage Investment Partners, Israel's leading fund of funds, largest secondary fund and leading late stage co-investment group. Irit gained Investment Banking experiences from HSBC and JP Morgan.
Irit holds a bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude in business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. During her studies in New York, Irit worked at Prudence Holdings, a private equity family office based in New York and Tel Aviv.
Michael, through his company CABOA GmbH, is a senior executive advisor to DTCP's venture capital business. He serves as board member/observer at Cuculus, Droniq, Global Savings Group, Mojio, Ranovus and Teqcycle Solutions.
Prior to his current role, Michael was managing director in DTCP's Europe-based venture capital team and before that managing director at T-Venture where he focused on disruptive wireless, deep-tech, and infrastructure investments. He has invested in numerous start-ups and successfully exited Affirmed Networks, Boku, Cittadino, CoreMedia, Demandware, ETA Devices, FON, and Swyx. Earlier in his career, he worked as senior consultant at Detecon International, as product manager of the German fixed network operator o.tel.o communications, and founded his own company.
Michael holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Wuppertal, Germany.
Aurin is a Managing Director at DTCP in the Venture Capital Team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was a Principal at Digital Alpha Advisors, where he made investments in and served on boards of cloud computing businesses. Before joining Digital Alpha, he spent over seven years at Google, most recently in Google Cloud. At Google, he worked on M&A, private investments, corporate strategy, and financings.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at private investment firms H.I.G. Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners and was a consultant at McKinsey. Aurin earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dillon is the Country Manager for Korea and Business Development Manager in the Advisory team. His focus is on building and managing strong business relationships with some of the top companies in Korea, and on delivering strategic and financial synergies between DTCP’s portfolio companies and said companies.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was one of the co-founding members and the Korea Country Manager of a US-based VR startup, Oculus, which was acquired by Facebook for $2.3B USD. At Oculus, he was responsible for sourcing VR content to support its content ecosystem, building a manufacturing partnership with Samsung, and helping the HQ team to establish business relationships with some of Korea's top companies.
Dillon is also a seed investor for early stage startups and has invested in a number of startups such as Dibiup, Shakr, and Cream NYC. He also founded a VR content development company named VoleR Creative and released two VR games on the Steam VR platform.
Dillon holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from the University of Alberta in Canada and has been selected as an IT advisor to various ministries and government agencies in Korea to help the Korean government support the local IT industry.
Waldemar is a Principal at DTCP in the Private Equity team.
He joined the PE team in July 2016 after having gained extensive industry experience in the Investment Banking teams of Lazard and Nomura over a course of five years. He executed M&A transactions across various industries and advised both corporates and financial sponsors.
Waldemar holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor degree from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel.
Michael is a Principal at DTCP in the Venture Capital team.
He joined DTCP from Bauer Venture Partners. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Otto Group's Corporate Strategy department and helped building one of Germany's leading behavioral retargeting companies, leading their product development.
Michael holds a diploma in business economics from the University of Regensburg.
Lance is a Principal at DTCP in the Venture Capital team.
He joined DTCP from Touchdown Ventures, a SF based Corporate Venture firm, where he worked on company sourcing, investment analysis and diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he spent time at Illuminate Ventures, a seed stage Enterprise Saas firm and at Twitter holding a position in the finance department.
Lance holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, a Master’s degree in History from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from CSU Fresno.
Anselm is a Principal at DTCP in the Private Equity team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in Frankfurt.
Anselm holds an M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
Mankyu is a Principal at DTCP in the Venture Capital team and covers Korea-based investments.
Mankyu came to DTCP from L&S Venture Capital, a leading Korean VC specializing in IT, semiconductors, and display investments. Prior to that he held positions in the investment banking division of KB Securities and at Partners Group. Mankyu made investments in IT, AI, Bio/Life science, mobile platforms, and other tech sectors. Mankyu also led a couple of mid-to-large size deals like Youngin Engineering and Coagulant Therapeutics where top-tier Korean local VCs participated.
Mankyu holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentration on finance from Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
Oliver is the Vice President in the Advisory team and focused on delivering financial and strategic synergies between DTCP’s portfolio companies and corporate sponsors, as well as driving transformational investments and initiatives.
In his former role as Chief of Staff, he led the foundation of DTCP as first employee of the company.
Prior to building up DTCP, he had been a Senior Manager at the in-house consulting team of Deutsche Telekom and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
Oliver holds a M.Sc. in Materials Science from the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg and the University of Aveiro as well as an MBA (Master of Technology Management) from NIT. He has been a Volleyball player for Germany's youth national team and in the first national division.
Daniel is a Senior Associate at DTCP in the Venture Capital team.
He joined DTCP from IBM’s Corporate Strategy group where he focused on organic and inorganic growth initiatives across Cloud, Enterprise Software and AI - including the acquisition of Redhat in 2018. Prior to that he held senior Business Development and Operations roles with Israeli startups MassiveImpact (Acquired by GMobi) and Rumble (Acquired by BNY Mellon).
Daniel holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Film and Management from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Maria is a Finance Expert at DTCP.
Prior to that, she was a German Finance Operations Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, the largest online travel agency in Europe, and the largest distributor of online flights in the world.
Maria holds an MiBA from the University of Hamburg and a diploma in International Finance from St. Petersburg State University for Economics and Finance.
Ekaterina is a Portfolio Controller at DTCP in the Finance team.
Prior to joining DTCP, she gained experience in the investment industry at AXA Investment Managers as well as in audit at Deloitte and pwc.
Ekaterina holds a diploma from the National Research Nuclear University in Moscow and a master’s degree from the University of Hamburg.
Sören is the Operations Manager at DTCP.
His role comprises a broad spectrum of responsibilities including direct assistance to the management as well as corporate development projects.
Prior to DTCP he worked as an improvement and innovation manager at an international aircraft manufacturer.
Sören holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bremen. After a semester abroad as an MBA student at San Diego State University, he co-founded his own company.
