





































































Zohal is a finance expert at DTCP.
Zohal started her career at Mazars, an auditing and tax consulting company where she deepened her knowledge in taxation and auditing.
Thereafter she worked in Controlling and Financing in a traditional Hamburg-based shipping company, where she was responsible for international investors.
Zohal gained international experience in India, United States and France and holds a MSc. in Business Administration from École de Management, Strasbourg and University of Hamburg.
Aurin is a Managing Director at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was a Principal at Digital Alpha Advisors, where he made investments in and served on boards of cloud computing businesses. Before joining Digital Alpha, he spent over seven years at Google, most recently in Google Cloud. At Google, he worked on M&A, private investments, corporate strategy, and financings.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at private investment firms H.I.G. Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners and was a consultant at McKinsey. Aurin earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Michael is a senior executive advisor to DTCP's growth capital business. He serves as board member/observer at Cuculus, Droniq, Global Savings Group, Mojio, Pinger, Roambee, Spearhead and Teqcycle Solutions.
Prior to his current role, Michael was managing director in DTCP's Europe-based venture and growth capital team and before that managing director at T-Venture where he focused on disruptive wireless, deep-tech, and infrastructure investments. He has invested in numerous start-ups and successfully exited among others Affirmed Networks, Boku, Cittadino, CoreMedia, Demandware, ETA Devices, ETA Wireless, FON, Swyx and The Digitale. Earlier in his career, he worked as senior consultant at Detecon International, as product manager of the German fixed network operator o.tel.o communications, and founded his own company.
Michael holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Wuppertal, Germany.
Melanie is Investor Relations, Marketing, and Communications Manager at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked in Investor Relations for a public listed company and for an advisory firm focused on Investor Relations and Financial Communications.
Melanie completed her banking apprenticeship and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Management from the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
Florent-Aurélien is Associate at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was an Analyst at Ventech, a leading French Venture Capital firm.
Florent-Aurélien holds an M.Sc. in Finance from EM Lyon Business School and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Ecole Centrale d’Electronique Paris.
Rahul is a Portfolio Controller in the Finance Team at DTCP.
Before joining DTCP, he has gained experience in controlling US Retirement 401(k) Plan investments at DataPath Limited, Bangladesh.
Rahul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a "Summa Cum Laude" distinction and has a Master's degree in International Business & Sustainability (MIBAS) from the University of Hamburg
Ska is an Analyst at DTCP in the Advisory Team.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked for Target Global, a leading European VC. She also gained experience from World Bank Group, United Nations, LinkedIn, Allianz Global Investors and The Economist in Asia and Europe working on investment and innovation projects. Ska is passionate about tech and social impact. She is part of G20 Young Global Changer Class 2020.
Ska Sijia holds an M.Sc. in Management from ESMT Berlin
Sören is Associate at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
Prior to DTCP he worked as an improvement and innovation manager at an international aircraft manufacturer.
Sören holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bremen. After a semester abroad as an MBA student at San Diego State University, he co-founded his own company.
Stefan is the General Counsel at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP he was a senior legal counsel at Commerzbank working on complex finance and M&A topics. He was also responsible for the legal aspects of all blockchain projects, inter alia the first issuance and trade of a commercial paper on a DLT system (R3’s Corda).
Earlier in his career, he was five years with the law firm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a member of the finance practice group, working on international highly structured finance and corporate transactions and the whole life cycle of funds / asset management.
Stefan holds a Ph.D. from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, a master of laws (LL.M.) of the University of Virginia (Dean’s scholarship) and further law and business degrees from the University of Münster and University of Bayreuth.
Alex is Managing Director of DTCP’s Advisory team.
Prior to DTCP, Alex worked for VMware initially creating partner programs and substantially growing the company’s ecosystem. He then became founding member of the Corporate Development and Strategy team and made numerous investments and acquisitions. He served as board member/observer at many of VMware’s portfolio companies.
Alex started his career in sales as an account manager for Wind River where he also held positions in product management and business development.
He graduated from RWTH Aachen and TU München as a Dipl.-Ing. Elektrotechnik (MS-EE equiv.).
Alex is married and has two children. He is a passionate skier and snowboarder and enjoys riding his motorcycle on weekends.
Philip is an Analyst at DTCP in the Advisory team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he gained experience in banking, consulting, venture capital and private equity through various internships. Throughout his studies, he lived in Frankfurt, Barcelona, London, Brussels and Lisbon.
Philip holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt and a M.Sc. in Finance/CEMS from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
Guy is a Partner at DTCP in the Growth Equity team in Silicon Valley. Guy led DTCP's investments in Replay Technologies (acquired by Intel), FireGlass (acquired by Symantec), and Dynamic Yield (acquired by McDonald’s). He also led DTCP’s investments in SafeBreach, Morphisec, AppsFlyer, and PerimeterX and represents it as board member/observer.
Guy joined DTCP in 2015 from Deutsche Telekom where he served as Vice President Partnering and Venturing and established DT’s partnering office in Israel in 2012. Before joining DT, Guy was a Principal with Gemini Ventures, one of Israel's early stage pioneers. While at Gemini, Guy worked closely with portfolio companies both as an investor and as a full-time executive. From 2007-2008 he headed the marketing strategy at Modu Mobile, and from 2010-2012 he was VP Marketing of TaKaDu, a smart-networks innovator. He also served as Chairman of the Smart Water Networks Forum. Prior to that, he helped establish Microsoft’s R&D center in Israel as Director of Marketing. Before joining Gemini, Guy headed mobile products in Commtouch (Nasdaq: CYRN) and product management in Followap (acquired by Neustar).
Guy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the Haifa University in Israel, and had a Merage Fellowship from the Paul Merage Business School, UC Irvine.
Robin is an Associate at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was an M&A Analyst in the TMT Team of Société Générale in London.
Robin graduated from Sciences Po Bordeaux and holds a master’s degree in Financial Management from IAE Bordeaux.
Irit is a Partner at DTCP in the Growth Equity team. She covers Israel-related investments and leads the Tel Aviv-based team.
Prior to DTCP, Irit was a Senior Associate at Vintage Investment Partners, a global venture platform invested in the world's leading venture funds and startups, driving digital innovation across industries. Irit gained Investment Banking experience from HSBC and JP Morgan.
Irit holds a bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude in business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. During her studies in New York, Irit worked at Prudence Holdings, a private equity family office based in New York and Tel Aviv.
Martin is Chief Financial Officer at DTCP.
He joined DTCP from energy giants Innogy and RWE where he held various management positions in Germany and the UK. His roles spanned Finance and Corporate Strategy as well as M&A and Restructuring assignments. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant at Siemens, advising senior management globally on technology, R&D and product strategy.
Martin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and was a visiting researcher in the field of Nanotechnology at Columbia University, New York. He is a CFA charterholder.
Sandra is the executive assistant to Alexander, Oliver, Stefan and Thomas at DTCP.
Before joining DTCP, she worked as an executive assistant at a medical company in Germany.
She also has experiences in the event industry and owned a business for city tours and events.
Leonie is an Analyst at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
Prior to joining DTCP, she gained experience in private equity and consulting through various internships.
Leonie graduated from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics.
Claudius is an experienced Innovation Manager working in the Portfolio Development and Partnerships team.
Before joining DTCP, Claudius worked for Silicon Valley based innovation platform Plug and Play Tech Center and boutique consulting firm Infront Consulting & Management, where he frequently engaged with executives, innovation teams and startups defining their innovation and digital transformation strategies.
Claudius gained international experience in the Netherlands, India, Indonesia, and the United States, and holds a MSc. Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management.
Lance is a Managing Director at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
He joined DTCP from Touchdown Ventures, a SF based Corporate Venture firm, where he worked on company sourcing, investment analysis and diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he spent time at Illuminate Ventures, a seed stage Enterprise Saas firm and at Twitter holding a position in the finance department.
Lance holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, a Master’s degree in History from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from CSU Fresno.
Joshua is an Associate at DTCP in the Advisory Team .
Joshua started his career in Asset Management and Strategy Consulting at The Bank of New York Mellon and Roland Berger.
Thereafter, he helped to establish the Venture Capital activities of Europe’s largest Retailer Schwarz Group as a founding team member. While also working for the US-based Venture Capital fund Headline (fka. e.ventures).
Joshua lived and worked in Frankfurt, Heilbronn, Madrid, Chicago and San Francisco.
He holds a BSc from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
Mankyu is a Principal at DTCP in the Growth Equity team and covers Korea-based investments.
Mankyu came to DTCP from L&S Venture Capital, a leading Korean VC specializing in IT, semiconductors, and display investments. Prior to that he held positions in the investment banking division of KB Securities and at Partners Group. Mankyu made investments in IT, AI, Bio/Life science, mobile platforms, and other tech sectors. Mankyu also led a couple of mid-to-large size deals like Youngin Engineering and Coagulant Therapeutics where top-tier Korean local VCs participated.
Mankyu holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentration on finance from Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
Karine is an Associate at DTCP in the Advisory Team.
Prior to joining DTCP, Karine was a Senior Consultant at the inhouse consultancy of Deutsche Telekom with focus on transformation projects in the ICT area. She joined Deutsche Telekom as a management trainee and supported the board member for Finance as well as gained M&A experience in the telecommunications sector.
Earlier in her career, she worked in the field of Transaction and Finance at Ernst & Young and Bayer AG i.a.
Karine was born and raised in the highlands of Western Asia, speaks four languages and is a member of McKinsey & Company`s Next Generation Women Leaders Class 2019.
Karine holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Humboldt University Berlin, Germany.
Thomas is a Partner and Head of Growth Equity Europe and Israel at DTCP. He is responsible for the European and Israeli activities of the fund and invested in / serves as Board member / observers at: Neo4j, Aircall, Signavio, Pipedrive, LeanIX, Relayr, Fornova, eValue, enfore and Gini.
Prior to DTCP Thomas was Founder and Managing Partner of Bauer Venture Partners, a €100m venture capital fund. Before, Thomas was the Head of M&A at Bauer Media and long-term Managing Partner at German venture capital pioneer Neuhaus Partners. He invested in Searchmetrics, Content Fleet, Propertybase, Contorion, Navabi and apprupt, amongst others, and has gained broad entrepreneurial experiences from the foundation of several companies.
Thomas studied at the University of Hamburg and holds a master's degree in technical economics.
Sarah is an Analyst in the Advisory Team at DTCP. Previously she worked at the European Early-stage VC Capnamic Ventures, gained experience in Tech Consulting focusing on digital transformation projects across Europe as well as in the Renewable Energy Industry during her time living in China. Sarah is passionate about entrepreneurship and disruptive technologies as she sees them as enabler to actively shape the world we live in.
Sarah holds a M.Sc. in Strategy & Digital Business from ESCP Business School.
Michael is a Managing Director at DTCP in the Growth Equity team.
He joined DTCP from Bauer Venture Partners. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Otto Group's Corporate Strategy department and helped building one of Germany's leading behavioral retargeting companies, leading their product development.
Michael holds a diploma in business economics from the University of Regensburg.
Oliver is Managing Director, Portfolio Development and Partnerships, and a founding member of DTCP.
At the intersection of a network of over 80 global Technology & Telecom corporations and DTCP’s portfolio companies, Oliver’s team realizes financial and strategic synergies between the two.
Oliver holds a Board Observer seat on the boards of everphone and RemoteMyApp.
From 2015 to 2019, Oliver led the operational build-up of DTCP as the firm’s first employee and Chief of Staff to the CEO, before transitioning to his current role. He started his career as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
Oliver is a former first division and youth national team (beach-) volleyball player, ingesting all the persistence, endurance and commitment required to reach maximum results. Oliver is married and has a young daughter.
Oliver holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from the Technical University Hamburg, Germany, and Technical University Aveiro, Portugal, as well as a Master of Technology Management from Northern Institute of Technology Management Hamburg, Germany.
Christian is Head of Finance at DTCP.
Prior to DTCP, he was Manager in Corporate Finance at one of the Top 5 audit firms. Christian has ample experience in the fields of valuation, due diligence, and IFRS accounting.
He holds a diploma degree in international business management from the International School of Management in Dortmund.
Dillon is the Country Manager for Korea and Business Development Manager in the Advisory team. His focus is on building and managing strong business relationships with some of the top companies in Korea, and on delivering strategic and financial synergies between DTCP’s portfolio companies and said companies.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was one of the co-founding members and the Korea Country Manager of a US-based VR startup, Oculus, which was acquired by Facebook for $2.3B USD. At Oculus, he was responsible for sourcing VR content to support its content ecosystem, building a manufacturing partnership with Samsung, and helping the HQ team to establish business relationships with some of Korea's top companies.
Dillon is also a seed investor for early stage startups and has invested in a number of startups such as Dibiup, Shakr, and Cream NYC. He also founded a VR content development company named VoleR Creative and released two VR games on the Steam VR platform.
Dillon holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from the University of Alberta in Canada and has been selected as an IT advisor to various ministries and government agencies in Korea to help the Korean government support the local IT industry.
Dean is a Senior Associate at DTCP in the Growth Equity team. He covers Israel-related investments and is based in Tel Aviv.
Prior to DTCP, Dean was an Associate at Poalim Equity, where he led the growth and strategic investments of Poalim Bank. Dean gained Investment Banking experience from Morgan Stanley and Poalim Equity, and also gained legal experience at the Technology M&A and Private Placement team at Amit Pollak Matalon, a leading Israeli law firm.
Dean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and an LL.B in Law from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
Maria is a Finance & Controlling Manager at DTCP.
Prior to that, she was a German Finance Operations Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, the largest online travel agency in Europe, and the largest distributor of online flights in the world.
Maria holds an MiBA from the University of Hamburg and a diploma in International Finance from St. Petersburg State University for Economics and Finance.
Mia is the Executive Assistant to Vicente and Martin at DTCP.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked in the tourism industry and gained experiences in sales and product management.
Mia holds a Bachelor in Economics of Tourism.
Susana is office manager at DTCP’s HQ.
Prior to joining DTCP, she worked as receptionist for a chemical trading company.
Susana has a gastronomical background and she owned a Portuguese café.
Vicente is the co-founder and CEO of DTCP.
He has been an investor, adviser and senior executive in telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) for over 17 years. With a strong track record and network, Vicente is behind the investment strategies of DTCP, a platform with over $1 billion assets under management and 42 employees across Europe, North America, and Asia. He has deployed over $1.7 billion in invested capital and executed over $100 billion in announced M&A transactions during his career.
Vicente chairs the investment committees of DTCP Growth and DTCP Infra. He currently serves as a board member at Cellwize and Community Fibre, as well as a board observer at Keepler and Smarkets. Previously, he held board positions at Scout 24 (G24.DE), Ströer Media AG (SAX.DE), Cellnex Switzerland, Strato AG, and Nexmo. Vicente advised Deutsche Telekom on the sell-down of its Scout24 shareholding, the sale of T-Online to Ströer, and the sale Strato to United Internet.
Prior to founding DTCP, Vicente was the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom between 2010 and 2015. During this time, he executed – amongst other transactions – the merger of MetroPCS with T-Mobile US, the lease-leaseback of over 7,000 telecommunication towers to Crown Castle, the sale of EE to British Telecom, and the acquisition of GTS Central Europe.
Before his tenure at Deutsche Telekom, he held various advisory and asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and Royal Capital Management.
Born in France to Spanish parents, and educated in a German school, Vicente is a true European whose children grow up with four languages. He is a keen skier and tennis player.
Vicente holds a degree in business administration and MBA from ESADE Business School (Lic&MBA).
Reut is the Executive Assistant to Irit Kahan at DTCP Israel.
Prior to joining DTCP, Reut was a lawyer at an insurance company, and previously worked as a flight attendant at El Al Airlines for two years.
Reut holds an LL.B in Law and served in the Israeli Air Force.
Jack is a Partner and the Head of Growth Equity at DTCP. He serves as a Board Member / Observer at Aryaka, NS1, Heap, and Skorpios.
Prior to joining DTCP, he was the Managing Director of Qualcomm Ventures North America and General Partner at dRx Capital – a joint Novartis and Qualcomm investment company. He made investments in: Airstrip, AliveCor, Omada, Visage, and Welltok.
His investment exits included: Auth0 (acquired by Okta), BlueJeans (acquired by Verizon), ClearCare (acquired by Battery), Dynamic Signal (merged with SocialChorus), Doctor On Demand (merged with Grand Rounds), goBalto (acquired by Oracle), Telcare (acquired by BioTelemetry), Validity (acquired by Synaptics), Fitbit (NYSE: FIT), and Fastly (NYSE: FSLY).
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at ZTE (USA), Nokia, 3Com, GDC, and Nortel. Jack earned an MSEE from the University of Calgary and an MBA from McGill University.
